I will *never* tire of this quote... You MUST work your goats while you are at the box – outside your usual WODs… it’s the ONLY way to not let them get the best of you during a WOD!! Beat the shit out of them and show yourself that you CAN conquer those weaknesses!!! Hate wallballs? Grab a ball before class and go do 20. Hate double unders cuz you can’t quite get the hang of them? Grab a jump rope before class and do at least 20 attempts. You get my point. Whatever your goat (yes, goaT, not goaL... as in your nemesis) – beat it down until you no longer dread WODs with that movement listed in it! ~Shan

SportsFest Sand Volleyball in New Town at 2pm this Saturday! If you can't make it, creep on the festivities via the New Town Church cam... freedom pulling, oiled up, flexed up, high-fiving action! It's not like voyeurism at all!
